Baseball and T-ball
These times watching the kids just do their thing brought so much joy! Really.

Helping Wash Berries
This became one of Anna's favorite things this summer. She just loves to help prepare in any way she can. She especially loves the really dirty berries because she can see her cleaning progress the most on those. She is not like her mother at all. Wink.
Bright Time Camps
Both kids did multiple camps again this year. Noah did basketball, tennis, Game On, and Fit & Fun. Anna did yoga, dance, Fit & Fun, and a stage/acting class. The classes were great as always, and this year, as in the past, the most fun for me came from just hanging out at BCS talking with friends and watching the kids have fun. As in the past we did a lot of tailgating in the parking lot between classes.
Pumpkinvine Ride
As in the past, the ride was great fun--a great family and community event. Loved it! And this year, Anna rode on the tag-along and Noah rode the whole 10 miles by himself on his little one speed bike. It was after that, we decided he deserved gears so he got a new bike shortly thereafter with handbrakes and gears. We took the bugger just in case someone would need it, but no one did. And, next year everyone will be on their own bikes. Unbelievable.
| Noah strapped into the bugger to eat his snack. You know, accidents can happen in stopped vehicles too. HA! Not sure why he got all strapped in, but he did. |
