Noah's First Day of First Grade

Anna so wanted to join her pals at school so she put on her backpack and photobombed the real school kids picture before walking them in to the building.

After school we took Noah out for a treat to celebrate.

This was Anna's treat.

After school we hightailed it up to Michigan to play with our small group for the weekend. We hiked, swam, rode jet skis, and lost teeth (Noah)

Just a window into who my daughter is. Like her mother, she likes order. She set these toys up like this all by herself with no involvement from me at all.

Anna learned to ride without training wheels.

 It was an awesome day!!!

Dance continued when school started again. I just love to watch her dance. She just looks so happy and free. I love to see her express herself.

Noah's First Homework Ever

We were eating at Gma and Gpas house that night so Gpa John made Noah a special place to do his homework. It was so sweet. Noah was very excited to have homework. 



A Day in Chicago

One day in August, Jon and I went to a Cubs game to help a friend celebrate his birthday. We went a bit early to enjoy the city. It was a good time.
