At the end of January we made a quick trip to Ohio so that Noah could attend his second cousin Grayson's birthday party. Gray really wanted Noah there so we went. It was also a good time to see Jon's grandma. Noah and Anna had a great time playing with cousins Grayson, Caleb and new cousin Gabriella. Mandy and Jon enjoyed seeing as many of the Schrock family members as we could. It was a wonderful trip. The kids travelled so well, too. Made me think we should try this kind of thing more often. It was even better than tolerable...it was downright fun!
Even though it was Grayson's party, his mom (one of the sweetest people in the world) arranged for Anna to have a little cake too since her b-day was only 2 days away. So nice. She loved it--the attention and celebration as well as the cake itself.
